Loved this service and Mayra was super helpful when we initially applied for K-1 a couple years ago. I never intended to NOT purchase your "adjustment of status package", it's just that I had forgotten you guys once we had a case with USCIS. I would have HAPPILY paid your $279 fee but naively submitted it myself because I felt like I had covered the USCIS checklist thoroughly---not because I was trying save money. I reached out to Mayra the night before I mailed it all and she was not prepared, so I'm not holding her accountable at all. She's been FABULOUS. That said, I now need assistance RE-submitting this packet. It's ready to mail pending your additions and approval. --Bob Senske
