Thanks for saving me time when filing my forms and what I needed to send with the forms. It was truly a time saver and saved me from worrying about forgetting things and saved me from having to figure out on my own what to send with the form. They tell you step by step on what to do. “I'm trying to apply for a green card for my husband, and I am so happy to have a stress-free way to fill out these forms and then to have a checklist of exactly what I need to complete the massive application. It is totally worth it and super painless. Completing all the longest forms through Citizenpath took just a few hours. The forms that I printed at the end had some errors due to a glitch in their system, but I caught it and called them and the customer service was amazing. They worked on it until the glitch was fixed and I had updated forms by the end of the day. Will definitely continue to use their services as I complete the remaining additional forms! [The comment below from citizenpath makes it look like the mistake on the forms was my fault--it wasn't. There was a glitch in their system that didn't allow me to fill in the necessary info, though I triple checked to make sure I was doing it right and even got help from customer service while filling it out. This is why you should always check over your forms yourself. But I don't mind dealing with a few issues since customer service was so helpful.)”

“We filed the 485, and I felt this was good value for the price. You need realistic expectations of what this service is. This is not a lawyer holding your hand and doing the paperwork for you. But if you are someone who is easily overwhelmed and nervous about pulling everything together yourself from all over the internet, and making sure you haven't overlooked some important detail, this will give you peace of mind. I have a very "can-do" attitude and when it came down to it I really did need the organization this provided, and the professional reassurance that all my i's were dotted and t's were crossed when I had to seal the envelope and send it in. For the price I felt that was invaluable, especially considering that one on one help would have been astronomically more expensive.”
