“We were very satisfied with CitizenPath services. We were very confused about some of the questions on form I-944 and decided to use CitizenPath. Their software was user-friendly and quickly filled out the form for us. After the form completion, I still had some doubts and questions regarding some of the answers generated by CitizenPath, so I messaged them and asked my questions. They got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. I hope that this time the form gets accepted by USCIS, I will update my review whenever I get the answer. My husband and I had bad experiences with other immigration websites who charged us for about $1000 but were super slow and apparently did not know what they were doing. With other websites you are forced to put them in charge of the whole package and all the forms. But with CitizenPath you can get help with the forms that you are not completely sure about without having CitizenPath be in charge of your whole adjustment of status package. The price was also very reasonable, we paid $97 for I-944. I totally recommend their service.”

“I am super grateful for the help of Mayra (customer support) from Citizenpath. She was always ready to answer my questions and assist me with the whole process. “It was good and easy to fill out the forms. Instructions and clarifications were very useful! Customer service was deficient. I saw a little mistake and I can't change it myself. I understand the policy they have to make sure it doesn't change my eligibility. That is the good part. But I had to email 4 times back because the changes were not done properly or there were missing parts of my requested correction. At one point I was sent the forms from another person! That was frustrating... The answers came back in a reasonable time but when it needed to be repeated 4 times... it was a waste of time.”

“After many years of completing forms for immigration purposes, I was happy to find this service. After completing all the information online my forms were completed promptly. “At first, it was confusing how to use your product. Then we had some technical issues in relationships to the password and resetting the password. The staff were patateint and answer the questions We had. In the end, all the forms We would need were completed. We thank you for all the assistance and the programs as it helped to guide us trough each form. Yes process took longer than expected, but We think We will have a through, properly prepared packet to forward to USCIS.”
