“Having just made my second watch purchase direct from Citizen Watch UK this year, I wanted to comment both on the watches and the service provided. The pair of mechanical watches are superb in design and finishing and every bit as good as swiss watches which retail at many multiples of the price I paid for the Citizen timepieces. Also, in recent years, there has been a real step up in the design quality which havea far greater appeal to European tastes and for watch afficianados. Processing and delivery of the items via DPD was fast and efficient. Citizen are increasingly filling the retail space where Seiko used to rule before their prices became somewhat unrealistic and Citizen quality control is superior too. Keep up the good work Citizen.”
