“I've had Citizen watches for years and always found them hardwearing and reliable as well as functional. My current watch is about 15 years old and starting to lose the accuracy of the date function which is to be expected on a watch that old I have treated myself to another citizen watch similar to the one I have but with an even better face. If this new watch serves me as well as the current one I will be very pleased. I would happily recommend citizen watches to anybody.”

“I've never owned a Citizen watch before and after seeing many different styles on social media i found one i really liked. I use many online shops and considered buying my first Citizen watch through one of them but i decided to use the Citizen outlet itself. The ordering system was very simple with a "try it on" feature which i thought was cool and very useful. The delivery was very fast by DPD, a company I've used before and trust so i was glad Citizen used them. The watch arrived quickly and was safely packaged. Suffice to say I'm pleased with the service and my new Citizen watch looks marvellous. And I'm looking forward to making more purchases in the near future...”

“Fabulous service and delivery from Citizen Watches. I ordered this at 10am and it arrived at 12pm the following day (26 hours). Well packaged and delivered securely, You are transmitted a pin number, which you must give to the delivery agent, obviously means you have to be in, but you are also able to track the delivery with an alloted timeslot.”

“Husband has always liked Seiko watches and this is no exception. Lovely dark red colour. Great that it came in right size for immediate wearing, no more going to jewellers. Only issue we had that the date was not set apart from that it came with correct time.”
