“Was really easy to pay for my product. Have been eyeing this watch for a while and couldn't say no after a huge black friday discount. Love it as it's Star Wars Themed, but it's also not too much on the nose. It's subtle and looks incredibly stylish without being in your face.”

“Ordered online and specified bracelet size after downloading a really useful measuring guide. Arrived really quickly and delivered using unique PIN process for added security which I thought was extremely good. Ultimately a fantastic service and darling wife is over the moon with the watch. I’ve had an ecoDrive for many years and it’s never let me down.”

“The watch itself is absolutely beautiful and I am very happy with how it looks. However, the overall experience was a bit frustrating. The customer service is not top-notch; specifically, the lack of a contact phone number makes it very difficult to get in touch with anyone when you have an issue. Additionally, the delivery process to Northern Ireland really needs to be improved. Overall, a fair experience, but the logistics let down a great product.”

“I bought this watch to replace a Seiko 5 which I'd had for 10years. I got it directly from Citizen UK and everything went smoothly from using the measuring tape, (which was accurate, my watch fits me perfectly) through the ordering process to delivery by DPD. I got update emails to show when my watch would be delivered without being bombarded with advertisements and a simple way of giving an honest review without having to have a TrustPilot account (which bugs me). I would definitely recommend Citizen Watches UK for your Citizen watch purchases.”

“Fairly heavy but quality seems good. Probably seems heavy to me because my last watch was titanium. My only grip is that I can't read the date as it's so small but overall I would still recommend this watch”
