“The watch is nice looking but you cant see the hands at all so it';s very hard to tell the time and date. I requested a return but Citizen were going to charge me 25% so I kept the watch.Now I don't wear ot and will probably not buy another Citizen watch.”

“Very impressed with my watch. Easy to read and looks impressive on my wrist. Changed my previous Eco-Drive as was a little too big for my wrist, but this one fits a lot better. Leather strap is ideal.”

“I bought a Citizen watch while on a cruise in July 24 I am pleased with it which is why I bought another on line which I liked very much. However there was a design fault with the strap which would not stay within the metal securers . I returned the watch immediately on 20th September and received an em saying you had received it in 23rd I note the cost of the watch was reduced and wondered whether this fault had been noted which was the reason for the reduction . I am yet to receive reimbursement for my purchase .I am concerned that there has been a sale of faulty goods and would like an explanation.”

“I was after another Citizen and saw an Atessa on E Bay. The thought of a fake worried me, especially from overseas. I had a visit to Citizen Watch UK and came across a " just released " model of an Atessa that looked gorgeous for just slightly more than the one i looked at originally. The fact that it would be GENUINE and the 10% off offer for just signing up to their newsletter, tipped the scales for me and I bought it there and then !”

“Treated myself to a daily watch to commemorate getting married. With it being Titanium, it's super light; I don't even notice it's there or worry about damaging it. Eco-drive means I won't need to change batteries for years; it keeps time accurately and the day/date for when I forget the date.”

“The purchasing through Citizen was great, no issues at all. Dealing with support, however, was a different story. Watch arrived with a very loud rattle from inside the case. Contacted support via online chat and was told I could send it in for adjustment and directing me to servicing and repair. I thought this was odd, as a brand new purchase, same day as delivery. I went to the website to return for a refund instead, and this wasn't working. Went back to support, who said I should "negotiate with the dealer I bought it from" - I replied by saying it was them and never heard back. Had to start another ticket before I could return it. Now waiting for my money back - I'd buy from an authorised dealer next time, if there is a next time.”

“After a fair amount of research, I purchased Citizen Pro Master Divers Automatic watch which claims to be waterproof for up to 200 meters. I looked at many makes and models and finally decided on this model as it was exactly what I wanted. In addition, Citizen is one the only manufacturers that offers such a long warranty period. Perhaps this is because they are confident about their product. Also being a Japanese make gave me even more comfort. I needed some additional info and found their Customer Service extremely prompt and efficient to provide me the required information. After purchase also contacted them again to assist me on registering my warranty and was handled by them with lots of care and compassion. The time piece looks excellent on my wrist and have received very positive comments from my family and friends. So far, I am very happy with my purchase and also have a comfort that I if I have any issues with this lovely and beautiful time piece, I shall be handled with care and compassion. Excellent Client Delivery and Customer Service and Care is very important to me and am more than confident that I shall receive all such from Citizen.”
