“I received my order late. As agreed on 25/11 wher I’m waiting the whole afternoon. I received on the 26/12 I did not open as it was a Christmas gift just now 2/12 I decided to open to wrap. But the container of the item was loose and few tearing on the black box and the big brown box was not sealed which supposed to be sealed. I started doubting if my order so I”

“I found the watch model BL8172-59H a first class example of a well designed and not to expensive dress watch,and having another citizen eco watch, I can only hope this will be as efficient and accurate as my first. I was a little surprised to find that it took a full 24 hrs to charge, before I could carry out any of the settings. All in all I am very pleased with my new purchase and can only look forward to many years of trouble free accurate time keeping BGl”

“Ordering from the website was easy enough, although I did have a bit of an issue to start with but Citizen Customer services responded to my email for help very quickly, within a couple of hours. The watch arrived by courier within 48 hours and updates were received throughout. The watch itself is lovely. I love the Eco drive watches as they are very accurate and just quietly go about keeping themselves fully charged with minimal messing about needed. Why anyone would want battery operated watches is a mystery as these last forever (one of my Eco-drive watches hasn't missed a beat in 15 years of ownership). The ultimate environmentaly friendly watch.”

“The watch is great but citizen sized it for me it looks like they took the links from the wrong side and the clasp is now close to the side of my wrist which deforms the bracelet and is making my wrist sore, so now I have to pay to have it done correctly”

“Grat service, the watch arrived 3 days after ordering despite needing adjustment of the strap. As I have poor eyesight I ordered a watch with enlarged markings. It is a lot better than my old watch however, at night the fluorescence on the hands could be brighter to read in the dark.”

“I've only just noticed this email, the Red Arrows limited edition watch I purchased is beautiful, the major problem I have is the wrist strap looks nice but, the quality is absolute rubbish there's no stiff stability with it like my other Citizen watches so unfortunately I have placed it back in it's box and stored it in a draw, unfortunately I can't wear it and I just feel I've wasted over £600 in the purchase of it, shame really because it is a good looking watch, I'm upset about it really because it was a gift to myself, oh well lesson learned, in future I'll have to see what the wrist strap is like before I purchase another watch!!!!!!”
