“Ordering was straighforward and esay and the wrist meassuring band worked perfectly. The watch arrived promptly with one link removed from the band, put included in the box, and fitted perfectly. The packaging was secure and the actual watch box was beautifully made and matched the watch.”

“I ordered, by mistake two identical men’s watches. I had not noticed and actually only wanted one.Within a day or so a member of staff contacted me to check that this was correct . Elana sorted it all out for me including the invoice and I receive the watch really promptly. I feel this is customer at its best and I am really grateful. The watch is really lovely. I have had an Eco-Drive for many years and thought my husband would like one Thankyou Margaret Windsor”
