“Great watch. Looks great with the dark gunmetal look. Easy to use even though it has loads of functions. This is my 3rd skyhawk and the best so far.”

“I bought these as a special gift for my girlfriend. She loves The little Mermaid so this went down a treat! The watch is really well put together and looks amazing. the art detail is really unique and it doesnt stand out too much either which is quite nice! She loves it! I already own a couple of the Marvel collections. I shall be back for more!”

“Must have watch in your wardrobe. Full black metal enhanced the look. Fugu diver is the classic from Citizen. You can feel the robust build quality. You can change it to the 20 mm straps if you are not bracelet person. I got 46 hours power reserve when I calculated and it's way above than company mentioned 42 hour Power reserve. Lume could be better but it's fine. Ion plated Black will last for years if you well maintained”

“I bought this watch direct from the Citizen Watch UK website, the watch is exactly what I hoped it would be from the pictures online. There was a slight miscommunication as I required an adjustment to the strap length but within 24 hours additional links were received at no extra cost and I was even given a small refund to compensate for any inconvenience. A lovely item and a great service, I would definitely purchase direct from the site again.”

“I have purchased this watch on April 27 and wanted to cancel the order on April 28. Couldn't do it so contacted customer service people and they're of no use. I had to wait till now (July 14) to get my refund. I had to use my money to send back the watch to get my refund and was promised to get postal charges, but gave me nothing. I had to write numerous emails throughout the period from April 28 to July 14 and had to cancel all my plans or grocery shopping for food just to be at home to deliver the watch back. Which apparently they never came and I was sitting in my house waiting for them like a fool. I tried to explain my vulnerable situation to customer advisor but they never cared. Bought this watch thinking very high about Citizen brand, but after the way I was treated and rewarded, Citizen is the one which no one should ever buy from. They have no ethics or empathy towards their customers and their time.”

“Couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Great watch, really well made. Was slightly worried the dial will look dull, like my previous watch (won't mention the make), but couldn't be more wrong. Looks great, works great. Great service as well, arrived after 3 days and got a nice discount as well. More of a suggestion than a complain, if I could get the same watch but in black would be ecstatic. Well done Citizen.”
