“I have been using your refurbished cartridges in my Brother ink jet printer for some time now. The pricing is reasonable but once in a while the printer simply does not recognize the cartridge and when I have brought this to your attention, implying that a replacement is in order, I have not received a reply.”

“Neither of the cartridges I ordered worked. One of them I ordered in the wrong color; the other one I couldn’t bypass the hp programming and wasn’t recognized. While customer service was reassuring, I’ve not had any action on promises to send a return label.”

“For the second time (April and June) I ordered my ink from Click Inks and the wrong cartridges were sent. My printer will not accept the ones that are sent. I have ordeedr from Click Inks for a long time and never had this problem. I am in the process of returning the four I received and trying to get the correct ones. I have to jump through hoops to do this. I don't know why Click Inks changed brands for the HP Deskjet 61XL but the CH-RO563-NEW does not work. Please review my orders over the past years and see the cartridges that have been sent to me - they work. I am really upset that I have to go through the process of returning and waiting for the correct ones.”
