“For the price it's a good value but beware. For every 6 ink jet cartridges you buy, one will not be recognized by your printer no matter what you do to resolve it. I don't think the Chinese care much about quality control.”

“When My cartridges are half full, it says that I need to change, and won't work until I change it??? They are Brother. Otherwise, all's good.”

“Been a customer for a long time and not happy about how long this order took. Was placed on 2/3 and did not receive tracking notification until I called on status and didn't receive order till 2/19..longest time has ever taken.”

“Reasonable prices. However was not kept informed about the status of my order. I had to make an inquiry and by the time they got back to me, a day or so later, the ink was delivered.”

“This is the third of these toner cartridges I've installed in my LaserJet Pro 200 printer, and they seem to function faultlessly. They are certainly attractively priced, especially in comparison with the OEM versions (which are becoming unavailable anyway). ClicikInks delivers its products in a timely manner, but I am disappointed in ClickInks' inability to accept used toner cartridges for recycling.”

“I usually have great service & great products. This time I have now waited approximately 2 - 3 weeks & still haven't received it. I called about a week ago & the representative said it should be delivered any day now. I just talked to another rep. she said UPS lost it. They are sending another one but would not overnight it for free, its coming regular.”

“Generally, your after-market ink cartridges work well in my Brother printer. But, once in a while, a cartridge won’t be accepted by the printer and I have never gotten a response when I brought it to your attention. Please advise as to your policy for such situations and how I can best contact Clicklinks to get a replacement.”

“In the past you use to take your word when cartridges did not work or you sent a return label so you did not have to go to post office for returns. I order online as it is an inconvenience to go to post office so not happy about this return policy now. Thanks, Sheila Tyler”
