The HP78 color cartridge wouldn’t work in my HP Office Jet G85 printer but worked in my HP Deskjet 990 Cse. I used the eraser on the contacts 3 or 4 times but still didn’t work :(

Love Clickinks. Unfortunately I have not yet received my order. Cannot track because the "track here" area had no link. Will gladly do a review when I receive the order. Supposed to have shipped on Dec 12. Maybe Click inks can track from that end???

I ordered on the web on Thurs and took 2 weeks for order. Tried to call to check and waited on hold for 35 minutes

I have ordered a number of times comparable cartridges for my Canon printers .THey have always worked well .Pricing has been great .Problem is their answering service and their unbearable music when put on hold .This past time I was on hold for over 30 minutes never got answered. Did the chat and that took awhile.What I was trying to find out was if and when I was going to receive my order .I had placed it on Nov 29 ,2024 and had not yet rec'd it on Dec 8 .The web site says you can track your package but each time I did the tracking it would take me back to orders in the past.. I will probably continue to order from them because their prices are good .But beware of the poor answeing service and their irratating music when on hold

In Nov. of 2023 you tricked me into buy a five pack of reman carts, using a Promo Code. Within 24+ hrs. I received another offer at a larger discount. Both orders were charged to my card and shipped before I could contact anyone to stop the more expensive order. So, I started a almost 3 month email battle with Click. All I wanted was a Pre-paid Simple Return label and a refund to my card. Just like I have received from LD Products. ??? This went on just as Click planned and I was forced to pay my card off and keep both sets of carts. Several have not performed to my expectations and Click told me no return after 30 days? So, Click made it sound that I would Need to use all 10 Carts in 30 days?? Not Good for residential Customers. Bad Business. I requested to speak via phone to your CEO to discuss my issue and Good Business Practice here in the US. I never received a response. I used Click recently for Black Friday and a Black 50 code. I received my carts in Very Cold weather, and I will probably not use them in 30 days. So here I go again, buy at Click and Pray no issues with the Cold carts after 30 days. I like discounts, but I prefer a much better company back up for the product than that at Click. Think about my comments. Click CEO!

I believe the order was made on 11/12/24 and received on 11/19/24. You failed to deliver in 3 days, as advertised.

The ink cartridges arrived with lightening speed and in good order. However, one of the two black ink cartridges was not recognzed by my Epson printer no matter what I tried. The rejected item was of a different remanufacture location than the others I received. The rejected item's origin was labeled as 'Mexico', whereas the others originated in Malaysia (G&G). The 'G&G' black ink cartridge from Malaysia was readily accepted by my printer and is currently in use.

I dont have a problem with the ink, but you didn't send me what I ordered. I wanted color and black with the extra black cartridge and I got 3 black cartridges.

I little disappointed about a recent delivery. it said 3-8 day but it has been about 9 or 10day and hadve not received my order yet.

It was the first time I used Clickinks. They said 3 days delivery, this is why I purchased the cartridges. However, I purchased on 8/12 and have still have not received them. I am disappointed.

I placed an order for 2 inks. Moments later I got an email that said I could order2 and get a third one free, only pay for shipping. I immediactely respoded to this email and several minutes later I got an email saying yes and there was other GERMAN instructions to an employee, I did not respond in GERMAN, but never the less I got my original order of 2 inks but did not get the third one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To me this is very poor service and tells me to find another supplier. I await your response

I'm having problems with the redelivery of my toner cartridge which I paid for and expecting a delivery within 3-8 days. I called to let them know I never received the order and was told it would be resent. As of today, 2 weeks later I still have not received it and this is with no response from Clickinks as informing me the status to whats going on here.

This was the first time to use Clickinks. I thought they were coming from Lake Mary, Florida, and I'm originally from Orlando, so I thought I would get the ink cartages in a timely mannor (5-6 business days.) I ordered them on March 3rd and did not recieve them until April 19th. The packaging when it arrived, came from somewhere in California. I ordered the same ones from Amazon and got them the next day for the same price. So who do you think I will order them again?

The product seems to be acceptable. My disappointment is with the customer service and response time to the purchase. I heard nothing about the toner's status after I ordered it for 2 weeks, and when I contacted the company about it via telephone, I was given no help other than that they would look into it. I received an email saying they would have an answer within 48 hours. A week went by with no further information, and no response to my follow-up emails. I was on hold for almost an hour more than once and never got through on the phone to a live agent. The cartridge finally showed up, but no communication at all from the company. I will buy elsewhere in the future.

recieved package of ink for my epson printer. One large cartage of black ink 802 xl was leaking in the plastic package and had to be thrown away. How about a replacement.
