After facing endless delays and poor support elsewhere, I was ready to give up—until I found RESTOLTD*COM. They took the time to understand my concerns, kept me updated throughout the process, and provided results that went beyond what I expected. Their commitment and professionalism were outstanding.

Lately your website and phone has been horrible! I have tried calling yr phone for 3 weeks and no connection. I have tried using your Support system and after over 20 times gave up. I could not get pass your Robot confirmation! Requested a Nbr of times a different phone Nbr to speak to someone and as yet no answer. Up to now I have been a frequent customer! My recent shipment was wrong and duplicated,etc. I am in the process of giving up Clinkinks.

I'm am very disappointed with my experience. Purchase itself was difficult, had to contact support several times before getting an answer. Shipping was slower than expected for amount paid. When I received the two cartridges, they have a "use before 02/2023". Contacted merchant and no response. Contacted Groupon (purchased voucher). Received a response after they reached out to company. Still no resolution. Very frustrating, as now I will have to purchase cartridges from another source.

THE WORST. I'm a long time customer. I got an email stating buy 2 and get one free. I clicked the site and ordered 2 , the site said... "add another one and get one free". So I purchased 3. I never received the free one in the mail. I cannot get anyone on the phone. I only can text via the clicklinks site stating I never received the free one. There was a back and forth with a customer service person and this was never resolved. I tried calling different #s to speak to someone but no one picked up the phone. They REFUSED to give me a real person to speak to over the phone. NO AVAIL !! HORRIBLE !!

You failed to deliver my ink. You have no idea how your delivery system works. I was given the runaround at every stage. Maryam couldn't help me. Moe couldn't help me. You've had my money for a month. Pay me interest!

After a lengthy delay my ink finally arrived today. In the future I suggest you clearly state your shipper used and always provide a valid tracking number. Thank you

Ordered printer cartridges for an HP printer. Received black and color set, the Black Ink leaked all over everything. Also ordered another black cartridge and received a brother cartridge in yellow. Good luck trying to find a customer service number to reach out to these guys

I ordered ink and received the wrong cartridges. Now, I’m having a terrible time getting ClickInks to take back the incorrect items and give me a refund. All items are JUST as I received them- all brand new. Albert Knight keeps delaying, asking for photos, being non-responsive. All I want is to send back incorrect, unused, just as received ink. Terrible customer service!!!

Totally did not appreciate my last experience with Clickinks. I had a problem with my order and found it IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live person. Extremely disappointed.

We purchased 2 cartridges but when we put them in it said there was no toner in them. I have tried to return them but customer service has constantly asked me for pictures which I have provided. Nothing yet on my returns. I would not recommend this company.
