“I ordered the color and black inks I needed for hm HP, but I received black cartridges. I have tried to call several times to try to get this worked out,but my call is never connected. So disappointed.”

“1. Delivery was too long. It's not convenient unless it saves us time and/or money. 2. *Two* of the cartridges, one black and one yellow, broke and leaked on the inside of the packages. They are unusable. How do I return them? That means more time spent!”

“It’s difficult to review products which have not arrived. It’s been more than a week and tracking shows package bogged down in the USPS system. Any company that uses USPS to ship product needs a new plan. I don’t think I’ll be buying from this site again.”

“I very unhappy. The toner you sent me didn't work. I emailed, called and spoke to someone followed up on my email. I am still waiting to hear back from someone about my return authorization. I used to be happy with clickink however I hope someone gets back to me. Ugh!”

“None or the 3 cartridges I purchased had any ink. I purchased 2 black & 1 color & could not print one page of my legal document. The documents were time sensitive & I missed my deadline. This is a terrible experience!”

“I was on the phone yesterday for over an hour and 20 minutes to follow up on an Order I placed March 9, 2024... No one ever came on the line and there has been no details as to when the delivery will take place!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!”
