For the second time (April and June) I ordered my ink from Click Inks and the wrong cartridges were sent. My printer will not accept the ones that are sent. I have ordeedr from Click Inks for a long time and never had this problem. I am in the process of returning the four I received and trying to get the correct ones. I have to jump through hoops to do this. I don't know why Click Inks changed brands for the HP Deskjet 61XL but the CH-RO563-NEW does not work. Please review my orders over the past years and see the cartridges that have been sent to me - they work. I am really upset that I have to go through the process of returning and waiting for the correct ones.

I have paid for my Clickinks and it has been two weeks and they still have not arrived. Very disappointed.

I needed a full set of toner cartridges...all colors and long life black. I received the wrong toner number...based on their crossreferencing. I had to drive 115 miles to a local supplier to confirm and get the correct toner...Even though they were "Cannon" not impressed. I gave the new "wrong" toners away. Not worth the headache. I now have a dependable local provider...and get this for about$150 less and still CANON toner, not a replacement.

Your ink was so late in coming i had to buy black ink at staples I paid for delivery it wasn't free. How in today's day it takes 7 days to get here or m a ybe it was send by pony express.

I'm amazed that you'd want me to write a review when I still haven't received my order. Granted California has experienced wildfires, but when the main office is in Florida I would have thought there would be various locations throughout the country. As a result I've had to purchase locally at a higher price. I ordered ahead of time so that when tax season started I'd have new cartridges, so mch for that. You then ask me if my delivery was damaged, you tell me?!

I ordered ink from your company paid for it with my PayPal account and the payment was drafted I never received any tracking information on my order nor did I ever receive my order it has been two weeks I have tried emailing the company with no response I have tried calling the company twice and I've been on hold for more than an hour each time and never was able to talk with a representative. I am completely displeased with this company and plan to take action with PayPal to recover my money I was hoping it would not have to come to this but no one wants to contact me or help me from your company. I would highly recommend against dealing with this company.

I ordered Toner and it was never shipped. Emailed them they never answered. Compained to Pay Pal got no response. Still did not get the Toner.

Ordered a Black Friday deal. First shipment was only half of what was ordered. Contacted Clickinks concerning second half of order, received a partial of the remaining order. As of today, 1/17/25, my order is still not complete. Buyers beware, very poor company to deal with.

Have bought your inks for years and the last 2 did NOT WORK!! Called and nice man told me would send 2 replacements the next day , then got Tmsg saying u can’t replace your products as come from a different manufacturer!!!!!😱that’s outrageous n I am disgusted n don’t think will buy from you anymore as it distinctly says before u buy on your website that they absolutely will b replaced 100 guaranteed!!! So U LIE!!!?????? Please reply as WAS happy to remain a customer until this, Best Rgds Maureen Patterson

Going on 8 days and product has not arrived. Tracking number provide shows it is still at a "shipping partner" so it will not get here for another 6 days. Sorry but 14 days is not acceptable.

My ink order was never received... Notification from Clickinks was sent that my order was shipped with a tracking number but not the name of the shipping contact... Thank you, Oliver
