“I am still waiting for my ink. I have paid with PayPal. I have received surveys asking about the service but I still do not have my ink. It has been ten days.”

“I had new ink cartridges installed & they were fine until after an update on my cannon printer. Now they are useless.”

Hi Shelley, Thank you for your review and rating. We are so sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your cartridge and apologize for this. We are going to send you an email to find out what is happening and will be able to provide you with the easy to do trouble shooting to get your cartridge working again. In the rare event this does not resolve the issue we will send you a replacement as you are covered by our years warranty on the cartridge. Kind Regards John
