“Coles are the go to for Husqvarna. Rosemary and Neil are always helpful and the service is great. Delivery was quick and I got a little extra surprise which was nice. I’ve also done courses at Cole’s, all excellent, highly recommend.”

Hi Dot, We are sorry to hear that. We have just checked the items of this we have in stock, and they are all the same, so cannot swap it for a better one. We will feed this back to Husqvarna Viking. If you prefer to return the item , we will of course give a full refund. We will send you some overlocker needles out for you too. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. “Good communication. Bobbins arrived quickly. Had to buy pack of 10, which with postage charges was quite expensive. Item was correct and fitted my sewing machine”
