“Awful service. Tried to return candles (they only accept returns if you email in advance). 3 emails and 3 weeks later I am unable to return unwanted part of order. Dreadful. Do not buy from here.”

“These candle holders are a bit too big for a 7/8 candle so I would like to return them. I am having no response to my emails and have had to open a case with paypal.”

“My order arrived smashed in the post; I’ve since emails the orders and enquiries email addresses, left an Instagram message and filled out a contact us form on the website and heard nothing back?! The issue still hasn’t been solved. So unfortunately my review isn’t a good one which is a shame for a company that seem to have such beautiful products in their website. At this moment in time I wouldn’t trust to order again or recommend to friends or family.”

“Nice product but be prepared for a massive delay in delivery I ordered on 22nd June and finally delivered 11th July I emailed customer services (no number given) Facebook messaged no reply until 9th July I was beginning to think I had been ripped off. If you can live with that stress then order. One of the candles arrived slightly dented but I was just chuffed to get something and didn’t have the energy to chase.”
