“I love these candles but it was just frustrating that they took over 3 weeks to arrive”

“Good product, but when I ordered said 3 - 4 days delivery, actually waited nearly 3 weeks! Would be thinking twice before I ordered again.”

“Whilst pleased with the product I made a mistake with the order and missed out on a discount and was received on time. I subsequently sent an email to explain and claim the discount and did not receive a response and was charged the full amount.”

“My friend holds your products in high esteem and, I have had the pleasure myself. However, I ordered a diffuser for her birthday and, despite being almost a week later there was no sign of delivery. I believe my order had been overlooked and if I had not followed up I could still be waiting. I received an email to apologise and say my order had been dispatched 1st class Royal Mail. I received the goods 3 days later and luckily 'Just' in time. Your products are not cheap and hopefully quality outweigh the cost buuut, further orders are unlikely.”

“The StEval Orange and cinnamon candles I ordered were / are lovely. The have a nice aroma but not overpowering. I would recommend them. What I would not recommend is making contact with The Cotswold Candle Hut and expecting a reply! I made my purchase and 30 seconds later I emailed for a request but no reply until a request for review. You pays your money.”

“Candle was delivered promptly & is very pretty, however the scent is non existent! It smells like a very old candle that once had a scent but has been in a cupboard so long it’s lost it!!! I left it burning for three hours, before a family visit & no one noticed any scent! Very disappointing as I had thought it would be lovely for Christmas. Pretty but not worth the price with zero scent!”
