“I had trouble finding a store that was open and could take time to explain even the minor details. These guys answered the phone and I felt relaxed asking them beginner questions. They made everything very clear and was a pleasure to order with them, it arrived the next day. I’m really enjoying it. Great customer support. Thanks.
P.s I never leave a review.”
“The staff were very responsive. I got two items from this company on different days. Both arrived the next day!
Overall very impressive service. I would highly recommend them.”
“Impressive! I found the store well stocked with a wide range of goodies to choose from. The online store was well designed, easy to navigate and with plenty of info about each product shown. The staff in the customer service department were very helpful in answering my questions, and quick in dealing with my queries. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I also liked the security feature about age verification, well done. This will be my go-to for more bolts as I am bound to bend a few in my practice.”
“Exceptionally fast and polite customer service. I placed the order and within ten minutes had a phone call to verify the address and advised it was being sent for next day delivery. Item arrived well packaged and as described.”
