It's ridiculous that both parents have to pay for the subscription to view accounts. If one parent pays both should have access to it.

Hi Taylor, Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you've found the app useful. If the other parent only needs to view the calendar but not the messages, expenses, child info, etc., you can share a live calendar sync URL so the other parent can import it into their Google/iPhone calendar. There's also a limited guest account that has a read-only view of the calendar. That suggestion may not fit your situation though, if you're both using other collaborative features. Hope that helps, Ben

My partner and I run a high-conflict divorce coaching practice. We help people who are leaving relationships with narcissists and other toxic personality types, and one of our services is helping them draft an airtight parenting plan that avoids all the grey language in so many family law attorneys' templates so that they can minimize the conflict and hopefully avoid a return to court down the road. Our partnership with CustodyXChange has been invaluable in our ability to offer this to our clients! It's a very thorough platform that pretty much covers everything, and can save people thousands of dollars in legal fees. It also lets our clients make it easier for the (overburdened) judge, custody evaluator, or any other professional involved in their case to take their side by making their job easier. Highly recommended! Chris Barry BeenThereGotOut.com

This is a great App/Program, anyone in a custody battle or shared custody that a future battle is inevitable, basically anyone with shared custody what so ever should be using this program. It tracks and charts everything that will come up in a custody/child support battle. It looks very professional and thought out, I'll let you know if it doesn't work out for me in a couple days, I'd be shocked if it doesn't go my way with these impressive charts and stats. Charting 14 years of where my Daughter has spent her time, Showing where I buy her everything for three separate homes, even have to send her to her moms with a backpack full of food, when she occasionally stays. They want more child support, but I happended to be using this awesome program and have a very impressive presentation lined up.

Getting divorced under any circumstance is tough enough. Co-parenting agreements will dictate how healthy or toxic co-parenting will be for years. Having a system that contemplates critical areas that would otherwise be overlooked during the divorce process is priceless. The annual fee times ten is still cheaper than having a lawyer build the parental agreement and that's only one part. Having that journal that you can access and annotate events that will happen in this process and having all of it together in one place is a gem. The shared custody calendar offers so many options and calculates everything. In short, as long as my kids are minors I'll keep this service.

Unless you are using the premade templates, it is not user friendly. Plus it is way too expensive for what it is and didn’t even include a breakdown of the percentages. Over all, I would say not very helpful for the price.

Hi, We offer a a 30-day money-back guarantee, for when people don't find that it's worth the money. We want everyone to feel like our tool is providing much more value than what it costs. The reason you didn't get the percentage breakdown is because you subscribed to the plan that didn't include the calculations. Ben

I paid for the subscription and I can't even print out the custody schedule.

Hi Emily, It looks like you weren't actually logged into the account you subscribed from. Log out of the free/anonymous account and login with your email and password, and you should have no problem printing out your calendar. Hope that helps, Ben
