Hi Taylor,
Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you've found the app useful.
If the other parent only needs to view the calendar but not the messages, expenses, child info, etc., you can share a live calendar sync URL so the other parent can import it into their Google/iPhone calendar. There's also a limited guest account that has a read-only view of the calendar.
That suggestion may not fit your situation though, if you're both using other collaborative features.
Hope that helps,
Ben
“Unless you are using the premade templates, it is not user friendly. Plus it is way too expensive for what it is and didn’t even include a breakdown of the percentages. Over all, I would say not very helpful for the price.”
Hi,
We offer a a 30-day money-back guarantee, for when people don't find that it's worth the money. We want everyone to feel like our tool is providing much more value than what it costs.
The reason you didn't get the percentage breakdown is because you subscribed to the plan that didn't include the calculations.

“The software is very difficult to use especially if the custody arrangement isn't "cookie cutter". The non-web-based version that I had used prior was much easier to manipulate. I won't be using Custody exchange in the future. Definitely not worth the money.”
“The options provided for a parenting plan work for less contentious divorces but not for mine. If the other party is at all inclined to cry foul or initiate legal action this is not the software for you. My attorney said most of the provisions she wanted let me far too open for non compliance litigation. It was subject to interpretation, difficult to prove one way or the other, or just the sort of thing that is expensive to enforce through the courts.”
Hi,
Thanks! Having a spell check for the messages is a really excellent idea. We just added that to our development plans, and it should hopefully be ready pretty soon -- I'd estimate about 2-3 months until we will launch that feature.
We focused so much on building the hostility part of the messages that we really overlooked the basic spell checking. We're going to swap out some components so we can have both spell checking and hostility working together.
Thanks again for the feedback!
Ben
