“This company are acting on behalf of my buyer and I’m at my wits end with them, they are clearly incapable of handling leasehold property sales. I’m at the point of losing my new home thanks to them and my buyer is in effect homeless as of today as she has completed on hers but not mine. I’m on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Poor communication, repeatedly asking same questions which have already been answered, not returning phone calls, unacceptable delays. I have informed our local estate agent who recommend them and will be raising a complaint to the ombudsman. Peoples lives and emotions are at stake here and it’s just not fair.”
