“I ordered mats on 02/01/25, told I would have them for 11/01/25. As of 17/01/25 no mats, I emailed, to be told they are in transit, evri (had I known this was the courier I would not have bought) site says they are in transit, no one seems able to contact evri, these mats are supposed to be “direct” from Sheffield? I could have driven from Glasgow myself to get them quicker. I will not purchase from again and I do not recommend (I’ve had several emails asking to leave a review, probably on the assumption that I have actually received my purchase).”

“Long saga of missed production and delivery promises and poor communication. Took 4 weeks for mats to be delivered. Courier company was responsible for some of the issues but not all. What was especially disappointing was that DirectCarMats tried to shift all blame to them. Would never use again”
