“Despite trying to cancel the order 5 minutes after making it, this company refused, classing the trim option as being 'customised'. Having no choice but to accept this, despite finding the same types of mats for half the price on another site, I was unable to cancel the order therefore received the item. The quality was flimsier than expected, but also ill-fitting - the clips have no impact and the mats shift horrendously. Very disappointed and will not be using in my car”
