“Waited a long time to receive them, Quality was rubbish, and to top it all I not allowed to return them, I will never do business with Direct car mats AGAIN and when people ask me about them I will reply dont bother.”

“I will never use these again, I asked for prestige mats when they come after a long time waiting I may add the quality on them was terrible put it this way the ones i had of Direct car mats which cost me £48.99 I could of got them in my local shop for £19.99, When I got back to them they said to me that they dont except returns so in other words like it or lump it. They did offer me to buy the most expensive mats and they would give me a 25% discount on them. I wouldnt buy a thing off them ever again.”

“Delivery took rather a long time, which resulted in contacting company. Once they had arrived it was rather disappointing to see the poor quality of the mats. Extremely thin.”
