“Excellent quality, coupled with excellent style, purchasing anything on line can fill one with trepidation, but the purchase price was very good, however, my concerns were null and void when the mats arrived, therefore Direct Car Mats, please accept my congratulations for a great produce, as the man said, I'll be back.”

“I mean, I'd give 2.5 stars if that was an option. My personal experience was that the order arrived later than expected (6 working days - as apposed to the 3 - 5 specified), and I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered prestige quality, with heel pad. The mats arrived without the heel pad. These mats were ordered specifically, as a gift - they arrived late, and not as specified. How would you rate this service?”

“Bizarrely the mats smell so much of cigarette smoke i haven’t been able to use them in the car yet. They made the interior of my car smell so much I have had to take them out immediately. Shame and annoying.”

“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong mats and couldn't return them but although they are not the precise fitting for my car they are quite close and are in my car looking great.. They are of a great quality and smart looking with a beautiful red edging.”

“Mats were all pretty good only problem I had was my mat for the drivers side did not click in properly to the clips on the floor as the holes in the mats were cut slightly too big”
