“My order status didn't change for 4 working days so I sent an email which remains unanswered. On day 5 I called, and the person was able to find my order and told me it was being posted that day. It arrived on day 6. Nothing wrong with the product and it was a good price, but disappointing to have to chase to get it sent, a day late outside of the delivery window, without so much of an apology or acknowledgement that it had quite obviously been forgotten.”

I ordered 9kg of supplement which arrived with a broken lid & covered in escaped powder. I opened it, took pictures and wrote to Discount Equestrian. By 9am the next day I had an email apologising, giving me free collection of the damaged goods for return by the courier, & a new tub was on its way which duly arrived in 48 hours. Companies can't avoid courier problems but DE resolved this quickly and efficiently. Its often only when things go wrong you really know whether a supplier gives excellent customer service and clearly DE demostrated that they do!”
