“I would have put 5 stars and a good review as my first order was perfect, arrived next day. This time a week and 2 days later, still nothing and still awaiting contact feom someone to help. Disappointed right now, hoping its dealt with soon”

“I was first disappointed by one of my items being out of stock and it still bring displayed as available on the website even after recieving a message saying it was not available. I then resolved this via WhatsApp with exchanging the item for another, however I was then sent the wrong alternative product. After requesting compensation for this I was told that you will "pass this on to the accounts team." As of now, a week later, I have recieved no update. Overall a disappointing review which I regret to write however I would be willing to return as a customer if this situation is resolved”

“Bought 16 disposables in Black Ice. Was sent 6 correct and a box of 10 grape which I dislike. Emailed to let them know, with a picture and after a few days got a reply asking me to send them back. I replied asking to keep them (will give to my sister) and for them to send me a new invoice for a repeat order at the same price, as I’d used a new customer discount. I did not feel I should be paying for a mistake on their part. No reply. Wont be ordering from here again.”

“made about 5 orders record wrong vapes on 2 of them they lost my order on a different one took over a week to get my order and when i email i don’t get a reply feeling like using another site which is sad because it started off well”

“Delivery is slower that a week in the jail! Takes almost a full week to receive goods. You really need to use better delivery companies!”

“I bought 6 4000 puff vapes, not the best quality decent flavour but definitely did not feel like 4000 puffs definitely less in them and one of them that was sent to me came dead”

“Ordered from these guys. Paid for next day delivery and ordered well before the cut off time. The order took 3 days to arrive. I emailed but had no response, also tried to call but nobody answered. I would have liked my postage fee returned to me as I would not have paid for next day if I knew it would have taken 3 working days. Also not the first time this has happened with this company”
