I am very disappointed with the level of customer service. I placed an order worth over £100 on the morning of Tuesday 11th October. I paid around £8 extra to have next day delivery. On the evening of Thursday 13th October I sent an email to customer service as my delivery had still not arrived. I followed this up with a further email on Saturday 15th October. As of right now, on the evening of Wednesday 19th October, I still do not have the delivery in my possession and I still have not had a reply to either email from customer services.

Upon checking your order we can see that it was dispatched using Royal Mail's next day service. Royal Mail has confirmed that due to their current strikes and the subsequent backlog of deliveries, they are under strain and not always able to guarantee their regular service, however, we understand that this is none of your fault. Normally I would give 5 stars as offers and deals are brilliant but unfortunately my last of 17 vape has not been deliver and was orderd over 10 days ago I have contacted customer services 6 times with no response from them so I have no idear were my order is and I spend £80

I ordered nine vapes and two of the Elfbar vapes did not work and four others were not working at all and the flavour was gone in no time.

I had ordered 9 vapes, 5 of the vapes were dead or had leaked. Cant work out why as they were all sealed before opening them.

12 vapes and 7 don’t work! They were either burst, duds or over heating when inhaled! Understandable that a minority may not work but not the majority… Won’t be buying from here again

Upon checking your order we can see that due to Royal Mail's strike action your order was dispatched with a different courier using a Next Day service. Even though this was booked using a Next Day Delivery service we can see the the courier company updated your tracking information with the following "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We'll update tracking as soon as your parcel is out for delivery" We are sorry that you experienced this problem with the delivery of your order. Normally I love this company, however my most recent experience with them has disappointed me. I brought two ‘ultimate bars’ and both ran out immediately after opening them, after this happened I emailed them and didn’t get any response so I emailed twice more with no reply either time.

Vapes received not as ordered. Ordered 3 super stix vapes. One was right, 2nd was wrong flavour and the 3rd was a cheaper make of vape not even a super stix and flavour I wouldn’t order. Really disappointed when turned up after waiting a while for them to arrive

the aspire one vapes are shocking n smok-wow vapes are FAR 2 strong as they get back of throat more than normal cigs. i doubt ill be purchasing from u again!

I ordered two vapes on a Monday, I paid for next day delivery and they didn’t turn up until Friday, also one of the flavours was incorrect, very annoying as I don’t like the flavour they had sent
