Placed an order before 10am for next day delivery paying the extra. Had a call on Friday to say one of the items not available, 2 days after next day delivery purchased, changed item and they threw in a free smaller vape. I should have been contacted before Friday after the order was placed 2 days previously. Real shame.

Well, not sure what to write here as I have always received acceptable service from you, however this time I received a delivery and the 1 x 10 Box of Strawberry, Watermelon Bubblegum units I ordered ALL taste burnt within the first 10 Puffs(I have opened 3 already same result). I have contacted you in this regard via WhatsApp but I have not even received a response so for this order I should rate you Poor!

I've had great service in the previous orders which I've placed. However an order I placed Tuesday 30th May still hasn't arrived. Emailed twice and eventually had to phone as I didn't get a reply. Today, 8th June I'm still waiting for my delivery.!!! This time round I'm really disappointed!!!

Good products and speedy delivery from the company, my 5th order and that side of the business works well. Rating downgraded from 5 stars due to lack of communication from their customer services team. The make great commitments and fail to deliver.

I received 3 6000 puff vapes not even a week ago and 2 out of the three vapes are flashing already. They’re meant to have 6000 puffs but I have definitely not used all the vape in under a week. I had one vape, my boyfriend had another one and the last one went to his mate. Mine and his mates are flashing and we’ve hardly used it, definitely not 6000 puffs. My boyfriends one is still working but is getting quite hard to pull from it.

Delivery was fast and service was great, the 10,000 puff randm tornado vape was not adequate though. I ordered 3 and each one lasted less that 24 hours before burning out, I followed every instruction to avoid this happening (pressing the tip down, letting it stand for a long time and shaking the condensate). I don’t blame the company, as this was a sealed product but they were still faulty products that I wasted £40 on

as a first time buyer I was really disappointed to order 5 different flavours and get 3 only ,what made it worse I had ordered 2 x 60 mils of 2 of them and got 120 miils of each because 2 of my order was out of stock. as I hadnt tried your flavours before it was always going to be hit or miss but 120 mils was to much sincerley hgm

Although I insist in always paying for next day delivery I have yet to receive it next day. This time it has been sent by Royal Mail however as it never arrived on time I have now having to wait 2 days. It’s a shame as the vapes are much cheaper on this site. I have reached out before however never seen to get a response .

I ordered 2x peach mango and 2x grape but the grape bars haven’t yet arrived. I sent a message to customer services 6 days and nobody has responded. I’ve ordered numerous times before and never had any issues at all.

One of my Disposable Vapes had leaked. I sent a photo and asked for a replacement. Despite emailing again I had no response. Not even an acknowledgement. My order was almost £50. Will not purchase again. I have had promotional emails but not the courtesy of a reply.

Used to be good very disappointed now they don't seem to be lasting as long with the battery power 1 Used to last me 2 day's they are now lasting a few hours and I'm not using them any different. There are definitely not over 600 puffs

I ordered the custard cream, vanilla custard and cookie dough juice. I think the flavours are quite bland concidering I chose the sweeter flavoured juice. Was quite disappointed

Vapes didn’t seem to last as long as they should, definitely weren’t 600 puffs, some only last a couple of hours
