Very poor service and nobody answers the phone when there is a query, once you paid for your order that’s all DIY Liquid is interested.

Awesome place to purchase your vapes. My favourites are the Elux brand love it. Delivery was on time and I could track it. Highly recommended. I wont be shopping anywhere else.

Pretty disappointed as my replacement item wasn’t in package and never got a refund! Took 2 weeks to get my “next day delivery”

Upon checking your order I can see there was an in issue with the courier, although these occurrences are very rare, situations such as this can be very frustrating. As soon as we were made aware of the issue we arranged for a replacement parcel to be dispatched which arrived the next day. Good products but unfortunately two times in a row now I have received the incorrect order. I have emailed but no response! Frustrating, I’m paying for vapes I like and getting sent ones I don’t.

Do not order from this company. Spent over £700 with them with very little problems, now my last order (£107) was a joke. And to top it off, they won't respond to my emails is and don't answer the phone. Just completely ignored, yet they claim to have "Excellent customer service". Missing vapes, wrong (cheaper) vapes sent instead of what I wanted and wrong flavours. Wouldn't be so bad if they actually responded to me. Fed up of chasing them and going to trading standards

I order 6 vases and only two arrived. I assumed this was a mistake which can happen, so I emailed the company to explain what had happened and ask then to send the other 4 vapes that I had paid for, but not had a reply.

I love the choice of flavours. I like the fact that the vapes were delivered when you said it would be. I like that the prices are brilliant. I will continue to purchase vapes from DIY E LIQUIDS
