Delivery, prices, and choice of vapes are brill. My new go to place for sure. Only problem I have is the website is really slow when filling your basket and checking out. My last order took 30mins to fill my basket and complete. Never had this issue before. But I can get over it for the great prices.

Found DIY looking for my daily juice and they had a special on. I actually rung them as their price was amazing and wondered what the catch was ! All legit, got my juice delivered really quickly and half the price i normally pay. Have to say overall fantastic price and service ..... easy 5 stars

3 out 4 working vapes, unhappy due to never tried the tiger blood flavour and was only main reason I ordered from DIY E. If there's maybe anything you can do would be great.

Puff bars still haven’t arrived after paying extra for next day delivery. It has been over a week

Usually service is spot on, pricing is great and orders are received quite quickly. unfortunately on this occasion slight issue with my order which is yet to be resolved.

Normally great service, However I paid for next day delivery and still waiting two days later. Disappointing.

Unfortunately the customer service is very bad , I had bad experience with them , I’ve ordered and got my delivery with broken vape , tried to email them but said you need to send it to just investigate about it without solving the problem yet .

Normally I love this company, however my most recent experience with them has disappointed me. I brought two ‘ultimate bars’ and both ran out immediately after opening them, after this happened I emailed them and didn’t get any response so I emailed twice more with no reply either time.
