Would give 5 stars if the website was much quicker. Its sooooo slow you wonder if you clicked the button /option. Great price and postal service though 👌

Been using the same e liquid flavour for 4 years and absolutely love it, black currant aniseed menthol extremely smooth flavour and recently your delivery time is excellent keep up the good work extremely satisfied customer.

Not happy at all to be honest!! Ordered strawberry milkshake x6 and got sent strawberry ice. You can’t just send what you think as you have no strawberry milkshake in stock!! I will be asking my bank for a refund as you have not sent me the order that I placed!!

12 vapes and 7 don’t work! They were either burst, duds or over heating when inhaled! Understandable that a minority may not work but not the majority… Won’t be buying from here again

Website slow and many items sold out. Delivery of product purchased is good service regarding time of order and receiving. Condition of parcel upon receipt is mostly in a poor state, battered and torn boxes. This is an issue with courier service used not supplier packing, as majority of time items in side are still good.

My first order was lost in transit so got in touch with the company and they replaced them straight away…different delivery company and arrived next day! Vapes are brilliant…I’ve been on the same one for 3 days now!

Product broke within 2 days of purchase and to date currently had no response from DIY eliquids. Very poor customer service and have had to reach out to GeekVape directly. So disappointing!!!

don't understand why companies allow you to pay for next day delivery (£6) to then send your parcel 7 days after

Upon checking your order we can see that due to Royal Mail's strike action your order was dispatched with a different courier using a Next Day service. Even though this was booked using a Next Day Delivery service we can see the the courier company updated your tracking information with the following "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We'll update tracking as soon as your parcel is out for delivery" We are sorry that you experienced this problem with the delivery of your order.
