“Bought two gorilla vapes, first leaked from the charging point and the other the rubber plug didn’t all come out and never worked either 24 pound wasted, tried emailing for a replacement but still no reply and that was a week ago”

“Website was slow and there was mistake in the order that they could have denied. But they took responsibility and gave a refund on the mistake and didn't ask for it back. And the prices are EXCELLENT!. I would say, a very trustworthy company in need of upgrading their IT resources.”
