“Excellent very happy with what I ordered great price I only put at 4 star instead of 5 was that I ordered on a Thursday same time as my friend she received hers on a Sunday oddly but mine hadn't been dispatched till earlier the following week so I didn't recieve mine till Friday after so hers came 5 days before even though we ordered at the same time .”

“I've placed approx 6 orders from FIY E liquids. Customer service is good. Most of my orders have been ok but a couple of times I've recieved a couple of wrong items. Customer services have always been helpful and resent the correct items. Usually delivery is quick, but can vary. Overall, a good company and I will order again.”

“Really poor experience, made an order and to be fair, was shipped and delivered quickly. However an item was missing. Upon emailing about this discrepancy I was asked to take a picture of the order and send it to them so they can sort it out for me, I have had no reply, I called up a few times and no answer, then they answered and told me they were short staffed and were going through there emails now and would get on the case and help me, again fair enough, but this was over a week ago now. Have tried to call their customer services multiple times since then and the phone doesn’t even ring through anymore. Really would not recommend especially as they have “excellent customer service” as a headline on the main page of their website which just isn’t true, Hopefully they see this and send out the missing items I have paid for.”

“Normal buy elux vapes they are very good but I thought I would try the R and M tornado wish I hadn’t not keen on them they got a burning taste to them won’t be buy again”

“First time buying these as it 10 bottles for £25 and didn't know if it was genuine or if they would be good quality, so far they have been brilliant, onto bottle number 2 and the flavour is great and smooth. Delivery was great and came next day. Would definitely recommend”

“I always buy my disposable vapes from DIY E Liquids. I’m a fan of Gorilla and Aroma rechargeable 7000 puff vapes and Elf yoghurt ones. Recently tried Insta bar rechargeable 5000 puff disposables and the flavours and clouds are impressive. Postage is fast and reasonable offers”
