“Never used these guys before but decided to give them a go, very pleased I did as the service was great. The product was spot on and the delivery was exactly as stated. They also communicate what is happening to your order very well via email. Would I buy it again? You bet I will.”

“Great service but I’m not convinced there were 3500 puffs as it lasted as long as a standard 600 puff elf bar. I am talking about the elux 3500”

“Normally I don’t have a problem with them but payed for 24 hour delivery and it came 2 days later and the vapes are only lasting 24 hours and then just dying also had 2 that leaked and still waiting for my 24 hour refund”

“Usually you guys are on point with how quick you deliver but my last 2 orders have been a week or more and I have found myself having to go buy vapes from shops while waiting for my delivery”

“Normally I would give 5 stars as offers and deals are brilliant but unfortunately my last of 17 vape has not been deliver and was orderd over 10 days ago I have contacted customer services 6 times with no response from them so I have no idear were my order is and I spend £80”

“I have ordered a few times from DIY E Liquids now, spending £30-£40 each time… Last order I had 3 vapes turn up two of which were leaking excessively & the third didn’t even work! Which is fine- it happens! however getting them replaced/refunded has been awful… I have emailed twice now & not one reply. Still waiting!!! Please sort this ASAP and I will return as a customer as I appreciate this can happen from time to time but it’s the customer service that needs to improve & puts me off ordering again!”
