I've been ordering my vapes and oils from here for about 2 years now and let me tell you what... I'll never go anywhere else!!! The customer service is also 10/10! They have sorted out issues which were completely my fault and have always left me impressed! In addition, their prices and products are the best where I bet you couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. -Emir P.P. You also get reward points which save you a few quid on every order! 😇

Ordered two weeks ago, still not recieved this order. Despite ordering from other places for xmas presents at the same time, and those arent effected by the postal strikes. I am trying to quit smoking. I do not recommemed, just because of the delivery time. I ordered from this place before the stikes, still took two weeks. Amazon or other sites deliver quicker. No way to track ya parcel either.

Quick and easy process second time ordering first time all products in unwanted second time one item out if stock had a message apologising that one item not in stock asked me to pick another replied and got a further reply thanking me a few moments later had a email to say had been dispatched, very good value for money

Ordered 19 vapes various ones. Only 16 came and 4 of the vapes leaked in the packaging (coca cola x2 fizzy x2) and vapes didn't last long (puff count) will not be ordering again....

Been ordering for a while now and not had an issue. However, the latest batch I have bought is darker in colour to what I would normally receive, so we shall see if it is a dodgy batch.

Items never arrived and no updates on the actual delivery tracking. This is the second time I've had this issue from this website, first time the l delivery driver just stick it in my outside bin without putting any note through the door and of course the delivery tracking was never updated so I had no idea. When I contacted DIY about this I got a snotty reply about the delivery tracking on their side saying it was delivered with a picture of the parcel in my outdoor bin and absolutely no comment on the fact that there had been no communication about it being left there, let alone the fact that the driver never even knocked on my door as I work from home. This time I have checked the outdoor bins and nothing, still no update on the actual delivery tracking, and I know no one has even attempted delivery at my door as I have a Ring video doorbell. I can't even be bothered to get my money back because the customer service I got last time was rude and just wanted to put the blame on me rather than accept the disgusting service of their delivery drivers. Will never be using again
