I'm extremely happy with the guality and prices at the moment, although I do think delivery is rather slow considering you pay 4.99 for delivery

I would have put 5 stars and a good review as my first order was perfect, arrived next day. This time a week and 2 days later, still nothing and still awaiting contact feom someone to help. Disappointed right now, hoping its dealt with soon

I ordered 10 bottles and received 9 bottles, emailed to let them know, they emailed back to apologise and said they would refund the difference that was over a week ago with no more correspondence

My order of 33 elfbars never arrived (DPD messed up) and I was told that a new order would be sent out on next day delivery which also never turned up. I have contacted them 20+ times with voicemail(they don’t answer the phone) and email to try and get a tracking number or a refund and have been ignored. I was not going to write this review but it’s been a week now with no response

Very good quality however, it does bubble a little bit When taking tokes but I’ve found just leaving it a bit To sort its self out works nicely overall really good vapes strong flavour too!!!

9 Days after ordering my products the items have yet to be dispatched. There is no customer service that I can see. I have emailed. Made 20+ phone calls and even tried text messages. I've had no reply or resolution from the company.

Horrible. Ordered over 10 days ago, still not received the order. Have contacted DIY e-liquids several times, through both email, telephone, and still not had any response. Horrific experience.
