“Would have been 5 stars but not impressed with DPD. Desperate for next day delivery from Dofos which it was if the courier had bothered to get out of his van and use the gate keypad, I have cctv so could see. I then had an email to go and pick it up from a store where I live but they couldnt find my parcel, I got it 15mins later. I’m not young so wasn’t happy I had to drive to the store, find somewhere to park wait 15 mins then carry 12 cans of dog food to my car. Not impressed. Hopefully my next order will be a better experience as everything else was 5 star”

“First time I've used this company. I found their prices to be competitive - beating PetsAtHome online or Amazon. The website was clear and no last minute charges. Delivery was great. So what more to say other than I am very impressed and have bookmarked their website for future shopping.”

“The delivery orders are great, always fast and even manage to get into the common stair should we be out. The only downside is, that we never seem to manage to get the moonbone natural chews, despite them being shown in stock when ordering. But all in all great service and great range of items stocked!”

“We first started shopping with Dofos just over three years when we got our puppy. The Leith shop was fantastic with sorting us out with collars and harnesses as well as getting us sorted with his food and treats. Now we live in the Highlands but still shop online with Dofos and enjoy quick free delivery!”

“Excellent...polite and friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable regarding products and specific requests, obvious love for animals especially when in store with our dog. I also order heavy goods online which is neccessary for me due to disability's and living on 2nd floor, this service is a lifeline to me, delivery guys are always friendly and enjoy meeting my dog who greets them at the door,excitedly waiting to see what is in the parcel..Next day delivery is a wonderful bonus for us who can be a little forgetful in keeping the doggy treat tin filled 🐶”

“Every time I go into the shop the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They've given me some great recommendations for food, toys and other cat accessories. The range of things for cats is very good, and the toys are much preferred by our cats to toys we've bought from large chains. I had assumed that national chains of pet shops would be cheaper but there are a number of items, e.g., a laser pen, that are cheaper in Dofos.”
