“We first started shopping with Dofos just over three years when we got our puppy. The Leith shop was fantastic with sorting us out with collars and harnesses as well as getting us sorted with his food and treats. Now we live in the Highlands but still shop online with Dofos and enjoy quick free delivery!”

“Excellent...polite and friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable regarding products and specific requests, obvious love for animals especially when in store with our dog. I also order heavy goods online which is neccessary for me due to disability's and living on 2nd floor, this service is a lifeline to me, delivery guys are always friendly and enjoy meeting my dog who greets them at the door,excitedly waiting to see what is in the parcel..Next day delivery is a wonderful bonus for us who can be a little forgetful in keeping the doggy treat tin filled 🐶”

“Every time I go into the shop the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They've given me some great recommendations for food, toys and other cat accessories. The range of things for cats is very good, and the toys are much preferred by our cats to toys we've bought from large chains. I had assumed that national chains of pet shops would be cheaper but there are a number of items, e.g., a laser pen, that are cheaper in Dofos.”

“This is a great pet store - they have everything you need and it's great to be able to support a local business rather than a chain. I get all my cat food here as they have a great selection of raw food. Staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.”

“I love that the people working always take a genuine interest in their customers and their pets. I popped into Stockbridge on Saturday with a friend to grab some treats for my two dogs and it was busy but enjoyable. I was telling my friend about my dofos x Pieute T-shirt, and who has no pets and no reason to therefore shop in a pet store started telling me about the brothers who run Dofos and a bit of history on the brand- shows how well your story travels!”
