“I recently had to cancel a Curry's order. DPD are Curry's courier partner. DPD have held my order since 21st January. It's in a warehouse somewhere in Ireland and it'll be shipped back to the UK "whenever because there are delays". I've been told numerous times that someone will call me. Curry's won't refund me because they haven't gotten the product back. I'm out of pocket nearly €600. I've had to go to The Department of Consumer affairs for advice and follow their recommendations. Never will I use either company again. €600 is alot of money.
Incase the Ireland team say it's not them. The Ireland Team sent held the parcels from 21Jan -5th Feb. Now The International team have held them since then so who is to blame here?”
“I'm absolutely fuming. Received an email saying customs needed to be paid on a package last Thursday so paid it straight away. Have STILL to stop sending me notifications it needs to be paid money's gone out of my account but no package a week later tried ringing, tried emailing, chatting to bots sending me round in circles emailing everyone and every contact they give with no reply, no phone is ever answered. Even spoke to a delivery driver who was delivering next door, to see if I was being scammed re custom payment he said no I wasn't but try ringing Monday which I did and I've gotten no answer let alone a resolution or the items. It's the most stressed and agitated I could be with the whole set up. Do I pay customs again on the off chance I may receive my package? Or risk loosing the package.? Can't even travel to the depot to pick it up or enquire due to covid restrictions but can't get ANYONE on the phone or otherwise to speak to about it. Do very angry right now. Avoid avoid avoid”
“I can honestly say I've so much credit to give dpd drivers, I've got so many deliveries lately and they have been to the minute with times,I always get the text to my phone to say time it will be delivered and always within that time frame and right in the middle of a pandemic when things must be so busy with all online orders,huge thanks lads for a great service especially kevin who delivers to me in clonmel area 👍”

“I just received my package and it's been one of the worst kind of delivery style I saw. The driver literally dropped the box into my porch. No ringing on the bell, no honking, nothing to make me aware of the delivery. At all. Just stopped in front of the gate, slapped the box behind the fence and left. It's a good thing that I was home and it wasn't raining. Would he take responsibility if the box is stolen? Or damaged?”
“I received an email saying that my parcel from DPD UK was due for deliver on Monday-22/12 at 12:55 to 13:55 and it didn't arrive, I was at home all day. So, I checked my track number later and it's saying that my order has already been delivered at 13:56 and also signed. I'd like to know where's my parcel.”

“DPD Parcel Wizard is getting worse and worse and believe it or not, they're worse than Parcel Motel at the moment.
My parcel never arrived from UK through DPD Parcel Wizard network in April 2020, got email with delivery date 17/04/2020 from DPD which never happened, after few calls to their team, they opened a case and they said resolution team will contact me with 50€ refund option, which never happened. Never got a call back from them, nothing.
Same thing now again with another parcel through DPD Parcel Wizard, delivery date 23/10/2020, result - second packet lost as well?!!!
I'm writing this review now and I recommend to everyone - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH DPD PARCEL WIZARD!!!.
Soon as this charade will be finished, I'm closing Parcel Wizard account and will do the same recommendation to all my friends and aquaintances.
DHL is maybe more expensive, but at least they will not lose or steal your parcel.
It doesn't happen with the normal shipments from ROI, only if it's going through Parcel Wizard option from UK, which became no better than Parcel Motel services in the last few years and by my experience, they were the worst before, but DPD is so close.
Please, do a favour to yourself and choose someone else to deliver your parcels from UK, it will save your money and your nerves. Never again.”
“Absolute horror! I don't even think the drivers look at the address on the package, my parcel was left on a letterbox in the WRONG address.
After ages I got through to their customer care, got the number of the driver personally and he tells me he left it at ______ Street instead of _____ Apartments! Customer service won't help you - they will keep "raising the issue with the depot"! Pathetic service! Not sure if I will even receive my products.”
“Appalling delivery service. Dpd have my parcel for a week now transferring it from depots and head office. Maybe the focus should be on customer service and fast delivery rather than depots disputing on routes.”
