“This company is the absolute worst , I have redirected my parcel in the "hope" of retrieving it , but it still is "trying" my address , I do not receive, emails or phone calls , have sat in hse for 3 days waiting on them , you cannot speak to one human and the bot service is terrible , absolute worst delivery company I have ever used”
“This is most probably the most useless courier company in the world........... the live chat is by far the most useless people i have ever dealt with (uptal). called and spoke to people delivery was promised nothing happened . called next day was told it was incorrectly routed same as previous 2 days. how can not one person fix a small issues like that??? will never ever recommend or use them for myself .”
“The absolute worst delivery service. Customer service don't bother to reply. The regular delivery driver went from non stop ringing our doorbell without giving us any time to answer to now not even bothering to knock or ring the door bell, just throwing our items in the bin. Absolute disgrace. Opened the door one day and box obviously thrown down all the items were smashed, a different driver delivered replaced items again, handed the box to me not one thing broken!!”
“My recent experience with dpd was horrible, the driver couldn't find me home, so he just decided to leave my package on the hall where anybody could pick it up and just signed for it.
When I ve raised the issue with Dpd, the driver decided to come to my house and argue me, insisting that he did his job and that is my fault for not being home, he said that his job was to deliver the package, doesn't matter if is dropped somewhere where is not safe. Once again thank you very much Mr T Moriarty, avoid this gentleman at all cost !”

Parcel was left on the wall of our home on the lane. This
is the 3rd time now in 6 months with deliveries either not being delivered, collecting our parcels from a pick up point in a shop because the driver can not be bothered to deliver to us, and now this.
There was plenty of other place the parcel could be put, but left on a wall - on a lane !!. I know there is Covid around, but not the Black Death. Gate was not locked, and additionally 2 large sheds which are open and not locked. The parcel value was 420 euro.
It is a game of Russian Roulette with this company whether you will get you items.”

2 of DPD staff members came to collect two bags from my husband in UK, to be shipped to me on the 3rd of March 2021, postage costed £36 each, two days after, DPD contacted me to pay custom duty on the two bags, 90 euro in total, which was paid Monday the 8th, One of the bags arrived on Saturday the 13th, up till now, i have not yet received my second bag, I have been in contact with DPD on the northside, they referred me to the head office, I have spoken to different people each time I ring the head office, from Tara, Meghan, Robbie etc,,,,,, I have requested to speak to the Manager, up till now, no one has said anything meaningful or contacted me as to the whereabouts of my bag, HELP! I need my bag PLEASE!!!!!”

“I really liked them and used them for a good while but after my experience with my last parcel won't use them again. Pick up points refuse parcels when they like, DPD lied to me on 2 separate occasions that they would deliver and didn't. They have my parcel 5 days now in depot 7 who lied to me and are just rude as well. Was supposed to be delivered Friday, didn't bother then it was supposed to be delivered Saturday, I was promised it would be but again they didn't deliver and had it down for Monday! Pack of liars and time wasters.”

“Yes very very annoyed with DPD. I got text saying parcel to be delived 8.30 9.30 at 10am decided to track and said parcel delivered . I phoned DPD roscommon lasy very nice said contact driver he told me where he delivered parcel to not near my area at all. Eventually I collected parcel from where driver delivered .I felt so sorry for that Driver as the night staff who actually sirt deliveries for drivers put in the wrong information. They should be held accountable, surprised at Paul Byron shoes using such an incompetent company as they are really good at their online orders.”
“Appalling service, damaged goods in transit, impossible to get in contact with.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Wrecked an item I sent back to a retailer, still trying to get a refund for the item they damaged. 10 emails to them requesting an update on my refund have been ignored. Under no circumstances would I use this company again.”
