This company is the absolute worst , I have redirected my parcel in the "hope" of retrieving it , but it still is "trying" my address , I do not receive, emails or phone calls , have sat in hse for 3 days waiting on them , you cannot speak to one human and the bot service is terrible , absolute worst delivery company I have ever used
