“Have been using my Fluicer for a couple of weeks. I am very happy, it extracts every bit of juice out. I think it doubles the amout of juice I can get out of each lemon. I used to have difficulty because of lack of strength, now it is easier on my hands.”

Hi There, We are so sorry that you were caught up in oversell issues. Unfortunately the press coverage we have had around our Fluicers, basically melted down our stock system temporarily. We also are very sorry about the 1 business day delay in arranging your refund. We are working very hard towards making the system instantaneous for circumstances like yours. Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

“First, the item, a Chopula, is a fantastic product. It is superbly flexible and at the same time rigid enough to slide under eggs or burgers in a skillet and flip them nicely. Second, I submitted a suggestion and the company actually answered me not only with a meaningful response but also a video. I like this company.”

“Fantastic products and great support when contacted .they couldn't go far enough to help .I was extremely happy. Great product . unfortunately mine was damaged in transport no fault of the product or dreamfarm .they were great to deal with and didn't hesitate to send me a replacement and were so pleasant to deal with .”

“Dreamfarm takes standard kitchen tools and turns them into something new and improved. I love everything that I've purchased from them! (I can't stop recommending the Sharple to people.) I've purchased directly from them online and every order has gone perfectly and the items are packaged with care. As they continue to innovate, I'll be following along so I can update my kitchen with tools that fit how I cook and prepare food!”

“Absolutely the best customer service! I received an item that was smaller than the one I ordered and paid for. I emailed customer service and in less than 24 hours, I was responded too. They went above and beyond expectation. They said to keep the smaller one, he went and hand picked the one I ordered and had a tracking number to me... all in less than 24 hours. I have a few more things on my radar to order here soon and super excited. The products I received (I ordered several) are innovative and very well made. I'm 100% happy with the products and customer service. 5 stars all the way!! This company is a breath of fresh air.”

“Hi I have quite a few of Dreamfarm products now from Flapple, Nocutu, openers, Spinner( sorry forgot some of their product names), spoons etc n love them all. Having Fibromyalgia n Rheumation/Osteo Arthritis I find them extremely usable in helping me keep a bit of my independance. Most appliance n packaging make it very hard with a disability to live properly but tgeir innovation in design is exactly what we need out there. Thank you so much for thinking outside tge box for people like me. Cheers to you all.”

“We love our Lemon Fluicer and Ozest. They are both highly functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. They are sturdy, made from high quality materials and are a great addition to our set of kitchen tools. We’ll get heaps of use out of these. Customer service was excellent with Dreamfarm generously upgrading my order to a Set of Citrus Tools when the Lemon Fluicer I ordered was out of stock. Thank you so much. Plus it’s great to support Australian inventors and an Australian business passionate about designing high quality functional products for everyday use.”
