Hi Yvonne, the great advantages of our capsules is you can open them and add the contents to your food or drinks, and it doesn't affect the efficacy. This is a common way of taking supplements for those who struggle to swallow capsules.

One of the great advantages of our capsules is that you can break them open and add them to your food and drink, and it doesn’t affect the efficacy of your supplements. The supplements in our range that we don’t advise this for are our pre and probiotic, Gut Works®, Skin Saviour®, HeartPro®, pH Hero®, Women's ProMulti, Men's ProMulti and GastroAid which are better taken on an empty stomach up to 20 minutes before or after a hot meal. “The Hydrate product made me very sick - nausea and vomiting after one glass. I was so hopeful for this but I'm very disappointed and would not recommend.”
We are so sorry to hear about your reaction to Hydrate+. While some customers have found the taste strong, this is usually when they have not used adequate dilution, but between 500-750ml is the recommended amount, which you have used. Such an extreme reaction has not previously been reported to us, so it may be that you are particularly sensitive to one of the product ingredients. We have been advised that our nutritionist has responded to your email.

They are quite large. I am finding them difficult to swallow. Don’t know if I’ll manage this for 90 days. I’m only on day 6.”
Hi Marina, the great thing about our capsules is you can open them and add the powder to your food or drink if you're struggling to swallow capsules. This doesn't affect the efficacy at all and many people who don't like swallowing capsules adopt this approach.
