Officially launched during the chaos of 2020, Duel Autocare had a clear mission to develop ‘The very best’ in detailing products. The opportunity to test, develop and fine tune ‘radically new automotive detailing products’ was paramount to our progression.
We believe we have achieved this with products and accessories that are unrivalled in the industry. 2021 heralded the Launch of ‘Flex Polymer Sealant’ - A 5 star reviewed product by Auto Express. This product simply blew the reviewers away, ‘we were seriously impressed with this innovative solution’. These superlatives are a simple reflection of the commitment and dedication that Duel places on new products and their development. The introduction of our Microfibre range, Duel Snowfoam Lance and the long awaited ‘Logic - Interior APC and Nitro Quick Detailer’ are further examples of how our high quality products build the brand and support detailers with the very best products.
2022 has witnessed the release of the long awaited ‘Element Hybrid Wax’, 14 months of research and development has led to a product beyond compare! We simply cannot wait to see how this product is greeted worldwide.

“I’ve been ordering from Duel now for a few weeks and I’ve been really happy with every order my favourite one was my £50 mystery box on TikTok shop I got some really good cleaning products and a free air freshener that smells amazing!! I can’t wait to try out the cleaning products on Tuesday when the weather isn’t too hot and thank you to Jake from Duel for giving me advice on how to use Bahama Blue shampoo in my Duel Snow Foam Lance I really appreciate it. I’m still waiting for my first TikTok order though it says shipping delayed so I’ve emailed the office and hopefully they will be able to look into it tomorrow for me when they are open. Also Sam I’ve got an idea for another shampoo you could do a mint chocolate one that would be amazing!!”

“So far I have received 100% positive service from Duel and the kind of company that they are there customers what expect nothing less! There accurate with there time scales and the customer service is on par there products well there only +positive things to be said as any issues I have had like the package this afternoon was a chemical trigger that was missed as it was sale day and well it’s still 100% because when I advised them they sorted it straight way and added a Hanging air freshener for £00.00 and with no obligation it’s a wonderful company and maybe if the country was ran th same as Duel is Ran then our government wouldn’t be I. Such hot water ! Vote duel next election day cheers Dale”

“Absolutely amazing products. i ordered the prewash, glass cleaner and the quick detailer. all are 10/10 products i couldn’t recommend more. also i got a free 500ml bottle of chocolate orange shampoo which smells amazing and works just aswell. will definitely be ordering again.”

“Swift delivery. I would say the products are good but can't really as THEY ARE EXCELLENT. The products have reduced the time I spend cleaning the car massively yet improved the e d results. All products are very economical and great value for money. I thought my previous brand was good but I won't be going back as this is in a different league.”
