“I had a problem with how I stored my flex sealant. Where it had been in my car during different ranges in temperatures, ie summer/winter it had gone gloomy and unusable. I phoned up and spoke to a lovely friendly helpful lady and explained my problem, as there is no storage advice on it anywhere. Will definitely keep it inside the house and not in the car now. It was so nice as I received as a very nice gesture, a complimentary car shampoo and an aerosol air freshener. You can't put a price on Customer service like that. I've been using your products for a couple of years and got a couple of friends to as well, keep up the great work duelautocare.”

“Chemicals are quality really easy to use the only reason I give 4 stars is I thought the toxin was dilutable as the nitty gritty is as the pictures are very similar but probably an assumption on my part”

“Got the duel element hybrid wax not had a chance to use it but also got the duel flex polymer sealant have use this and wow what a product absolutely amazing highlight recommend will also do a post on my tiktok (cfo7st) of the wax when I use it but would highly recommend both products fas friendly delivery to brilliant company and product”

“I haven't tried the Element hybrid wax yet as I am not sure if there is enough of the product to do the whole car as my vehicle is a large saloon...kinda disappointed with the amount of wax you receive for the price of it to be honest.. packaging looks good and it arrived in one piece with some tyre shine although it did take a while to turn up due to not being in stock..I just hope it was worth the wait and the product is as good as advertised ..”

It is hand made at our premises and sometimes stock does run low due to the exceptionally high demand!
