Officially launched during the chaos of 2020, Duel Autocare had a clear mission to develop ‘The very best’ in detailing products. The opportunity to test, develop and fine tune ‘radically new automotive detailing products’ was paramount to our progression.
We believe we have achieved this with products and accessories that are unrivalled in the industry. 2021 heralded the Launch of ‘Flex Polymer Sealant’ - A 5 star reviewed product by Auto Express. This product simply blew the reviewers away, ‘we were seriously impressed with this innovative solution’. “Used this company many times before t in this occasion I ordered optical glass cleaner which did not have a seal on the bottle just the cap and it had leaked in the box so not much of the product left that is the only reason I've put 3 Star as I do know it is a 5 star all day long just a shame on this delivery but I will still order from hear this is just one of them things”

“Duel Autocare produce in my opinion the most high quality, cost effective car cleaning products in the UK. Even better they’re made in Britain. Nitty-Gritty, Axis and Logic are all dilutable, meaning your investment into these products go even further. The entire team work fantastically ensuring from Order to door is as seamless as possible. When the delivery man comes with my Duel it’s the adult equivalent of an Ice Cream van coming as a kid. The deals and bundles Duel offer you won’t see anywhere else. I’m yet to try a Mystery Box but I will at some point and know I will not be disappointed. As the saying goes, you’ve tried the rest, now try the best. Full confidence in Duel Autocare and it is safe to say that they have a customer for life. I cannot find a single fault with either the products or customer care that they provide. So to Duel Autocare, I thank you and raise a glass to you.”

“Why would i change my review when its what i experienced i spoke to your staff on tiktok live to be told everythings gone we all caught up now this was wednesday i check on order every day it had no change waiting for collection i have all screenshots then get an alert yesterday order been collected so to me thats fobbing off nobody checked to see where the order was”

“Ive asked about my order placed on the 31st march , sent emails, asked on tiktok live to be fobbed off ill be leaveing negative feedback on reviews on tiktok and google as its not the first time on all my orders over the past month or two so far ive had to contact yous asking where my order is ive had temu orders from china faster than this then all of a sudden order picked up on a bank holiday monday i made this order a week sunday over a week to dispatch is a joke”

“In the last 12-18months I’ve delt with many car detailing suppliers, I consider duel auto care to be the best! The customer service there is first class, the things I needed weren’t in stock however Lee, the owner went out of his way to get them in for me and delivered on time.
