“Customer service was acceptable in dealing with my issues. I ordered many crocus bulbs and planted them for this Spring 2024 showing. The Blue and White were very dissapointing. It was more Yellows with no Blues.”

“I didn't receive my order. The courier tried 3 times to deliver without success. This was unknown to me as I had no communication or notification or delivery attempts until after the event. I did receive a refund, minus the p+p! Poor communication all round.”

“Fast delivery and well packaged. Obviously haven’t seen them grow yet but if they’re anything like the tulips I had in the autumn they will be beautiful high quality plants. A really great company to deal with”

“Ordered Astrantias, geraniums . All arrived, the tiniest scraps of roots imaginable. Potted up and growing on. It will be along time before I can plant them out. A couple are already beginning to die back. Very disappointed.”

“I received 3 varieties of Begonia, one of which was very small. I forwarded my comments with dimensions of corms received. Replacement corms and a complementary set were sent. The small corms should never have been sent in the first place, but I can't fault you making amends.”
